Terms and conditions of our #70MinsofHome Christmas competition

By entering this competition you are accepting the rules as outlined below:

  1. The promoter of this competition is FRS Recruitment, INSERT ADDRESS (hereinafter referred to as “FRS”) unless otherwise stated.

  2. Participation in FRS competitions denotes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (as may be amended at any time) and any additional competition specific terms and conditions which may be advertised. Any person found to be in disregard of these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified automatically.

  3. Competition entrants must be over 18 years of age.

  4. Eligible entrants must provide an appropriate answer to the competition question to be included for selection. They must tell or show what or who they are missing when they are away for Christmas by: commenting in writing, commenting by tagging someone, posting a picture in the comments below the competition posts, or by posting a comment or image and including the hashtag #70MinsofHome in a public social post on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter.

  5. All competition entries must be received by FRS on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. Neither FRS nor its affiliated entities are responsible for printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to FRS promotions; fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or altered entries; or entries which are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or other technical malfunction. This competition is not affiliated with Facebook in any way.

  6. Use of a false name or address by a competition entrant will disqualify them from winning or receiving any prize.

  7. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of this competition, FRS reserves the right to terminate this competition, amend these terms & conditions, or disqualify any entrant.

  8. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the results of a competition the decision of FRS will be final and no correspondence shall be entered into

  9. The prizes are: 4 hampers and 4 GAAGO finals passes for the hurling final and 4 passes for the football final to be sent to the address supplied by the winner. GAAGO passes for use outside the UK and Ireland. 

  10. Any prize is as stated in the promotions advertising such competition. FRS reserves the right to change prize details without notice and all prizes are subject to availability. If, due to circumstances beyond its control a prize becomes unavailable, FRS reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.

  11. Prizes are non-transferable and will only be awarded to the winner(s). There will be no cash substitute for the stated prize.

  12. Where a prize is to be provided by a third party, FRS accept no responsibility for the supply, non-supply, purported delay in supply of the prize including the failure of the winner to receive ownership of or use of the prize.

  13. Unless otherwise stated, all taxes, insurance, fees and surcharges on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

  14. Acceptance of the prize by the winner constitutes permission for FRS to publish their name, and use any photographs or videos of the winner taken on the receipt of the prize for the purposes of content creation, advertising and publicity from time to time in such media as FRS may choose without additional compensation.

  15. Entrant’s data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing the promotion and shall be deleted after the competition has closed and the winner has been announced.

  16. Neither FRS nor its agents accept any responsibility whatsoever for any death, injury or other damage, loss, expense or liability arising as a result of taking a prize. Nor will FRS have any liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in any FRS competition or in connection with any of the prizes rewarded.

  17. FRS reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend a competition and/or vary competition rules at any time without prior notice.

  18. This promotion is governed by Irish law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
