Terms and conditions of our Christmas Flight Home Competition 2023

      By entering this competition you are accepting the rules as outlined below:

1. The promoter of this competition is FRS Recruitment (FRS), Derryvale, Roscrea, Co Tipperary unless otherwise stated.
2. Participation in FRS competitions denotes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (as may be amended at any time) and any additional competition specific terms and conditions which may be advertised. Any person found to be in disregard of these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified automatically.

The Prize

• The prize of a one-way economy flight for ONE person to Ireland this Christmas.
• The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash will be awarded in lieu of that prize or any part of it.
• The value of the prize is up to €1,000.
• No additional, further or other costs or expenses are included in as part of the prize. For example, the costs of transport to and from an airport, hotel and accommodation costs etc.
• It will be the responsibility of the prize winner to take out at their own cost all relevant insurances.
• We will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the prize winners that arises out of their failure to arrive at the destination or return home, nor will we have any obligation to substitute an alternative prize, cash equivalent or other compensation where a prize winner is unable to travel to Ireland or fails to redeem the prize for any reason.
• In the event of the winner unable to travel home for Christmas 2023, they can travel to Ireland within 3 months of notification.

How to enter

• Competition entrants must be over 18 years of age and are an Irish Citizen and/or hold an Irish Passport.
• Eligible entrants must complete the following against the main competition posts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter:
   
  1. They must follow FRS Recruitment Social Page that they have seen the competition on.
  2. They must like the competition post on the social page they have seen it on.
  3. They must fill out the accompanying form on the social post. In this form they must fill out all the fields and agree to the competition T&C’s,
     
     
• All data supplied in the form will be in accordance with our privacy policy.
• FRS Recruitment, FRS Network employees and their immediate families (and the employees of any third-party sponsors, vendors, prize providers or their immediate families) may not enter this competition. 
• The competition will be open for entries from the 21^st of November 2023 to midnight the 5^th December 2023 inclusive.
• Competition is limited to one entry per person. 
• Eligible entries will be entered into the draw and the winner will be chosen at random.
• The winner will be notified via email on the 6^th of December 2023 by FRS Recruitment.
• The winner must claim the prize within 48 hours of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the Promotion rules.
• FRS Recruitment will not contact you from a social media platform.
  
• Once confirmed, the winning entry will be announced on social media & FRS Recruitment website.

    Disqualification

• Use of a false name or address by a competition entrant will disqualify them from winning or receiving any prize.
• The Promoter may disqualify you at any time if the Promoter is of the view that you have not complied fully with the terms and conditions contained herein.
• The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits any person to enter any Competition repeatedly is prohibited.

   Publicity and Personal Information 

• The wining entrants will be required to participate in photo, recording, video and/or filming session(s). You agree that we shall have the right to use all the resulting publicity materials in any media and in any manner we see fit. This includes providing these materials to our third-party prize providers for the purposes of promoting their association with the Competition and awarding the relevant prizes.
• No fees shall be payable to any entrant in relation to the use of publicity materials.
• The personal information supplied by entrants when entering will be used by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Upon entering competition, entrants are also required to sign up to the FRS Recruitment mailing list. You should always read our Privacy Policy. All entrants may have their details removed from our database by contacting us. If details are removed prior to the conclusion of the Competition and/or award of prize(s), entrants will forfeit their right to claim any prizes.

    General

• In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the results of a competition the decision of FRS will be final, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
• In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of this competition, FRS reserves the right to terminate this competition, amend these terms & conditions, or disqualify any entrant.
• Any prize is as stated in the promotions advertising such competition. FRS reserves the right to change prize details without notice and all prizes are subject to availability. If, due to circumstances beyond its control a prize becomes unavailable, FRS reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.
• All entries must complete the competition form and the required steps on one of the social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. Neither FRS nor its affiliated entities are responsible for printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to FRS promotions; fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or altered entries; or entries which are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or other technical malfunction. This competition is not affiliated with Meta or Twitter in any way.
• Prizes are non-transferable and will only be awarded to the winner(s). There will be no cash substitute for the stated prize.
• Where a prize is to be provided by a third party, FRS accept no responsibility for the supply, non-supply, purported delay in supply of the prize including the failure of the winner to receive ownership of or use of the prize.
• Unless otherwise stated, all taxes, insurance, fees and surcharges on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Neither FRS nor its agents accept any responsibility whatsoever for any death, injury or other damage, loss, expense or liability arising as a result of taking a prize. Nor will FRS have any liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in any FRS competition or in connection with any of the prizes rewarded.
• FRS reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend a competition and/or vary competition rules at any time without prior notice.
• This promotion is governed by Irish law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
